 Q1 - What if I miss a class?

You can make it up! We will work with you to a schedule a make-up class during the current semester. Scheduling is subject to availability - our maximum is 12 children per class.

Q2 -  May I bring Grandpa and Aunt Betty to class? They're visiting from Idaho.

Family music-making is what Music Together is all about - so the more family, the better! Due to class size limitations, please get an "OK" from your teacher prior to bringing your guests to class.

Q3 - My daughter is coughing, sneezing and has a runny nose. She's not contagious, though. May we still come to class?

In consideration of your teacher and your classmates, please keep sick children at home.

Q4 - What is your cancellation policy?

Don't cancel - come to class! J

If you must cancel, please submit your email or phone request at least 5 days prior to the first class in order to receive a full refund.  Refunds for email and phone requests for cancellation received less than 5 days prior to the first class will be subject to a $10 cancellation fee.

Q5 - Why do I have to make a second class choice?

In order to provide the best family music-making experience we can offer, we have class size minimums and maximums. We do our best to give every family their first choice, but we must balance family placement with optimal class size.
